Online Purchase Policy


Due to the  rapid growth of technology including CD/DVD copying and burning, music and video downloading all sales are final. Please confirm your purchase prior to making your final purchase as ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Privacy Policy

Our customers are of the most importance to us and we respect the privacy of information disclosed through our online store and website. Therefore, no information of our customers will be sold or disclosed to a third party, unless required by law.

All customer credit or debt card information is not stored in our files. When consumer information is submitted through our online store, it is processed through a secure merchant portal and we are only able to view the last four digits of your credit or debit card.

Billing & Shipping

Both billing and shipping address must be the same, or the purchase cannot be processed. This is to ensure the security of purchases made by our customers.

Sales Tax

Our company is based in the State of New Mexico; therefore, any purchases made in New Mexico, will be subject to New Mexico sales tax.

 

Return Policy

CR music & entertainment must be notified with in 48 hours upon receiving damaged or defective products. If the following requirements are met, a replacement CD/DVD of the EXACT same title and artist will be sent to the customer, at no additional charge.

1. CR music & entertainment must be notified with in 48 hours upon receipt of product either via e-mail or by telephone.

2. All original contents must be returned to CR music & entertainment. This includes all graphic inserts, CD/DVD, and jewel casing.

Discontinued Items

Some products may be discontinued with out any prior notification. In these instances, customers will have the option of a refund, or can use the amount originally charged towards another purchase.

Backorder Items

If a product ordered is out of stock, the item ordered will be sent out to the customer as soon as the product is received. If the backorder time is longer than 7 business days, the customer will be notified by telephone or e-mail.

Shipping Policy

All items will be shipped with in 48 hours once “payment approval” has been received by CR music & entertainment.

All items are sent US Postal Service “First Class Mail” and product should be received with in 5 to 7 business days and CR music & entertainment only ships in the United States.

Please be advised of holidays and weekends and the, "approval" and "delivery" times may be delayed. Delays can be significantly longer due to the Christmas Holiday Season, but we will make every effort to process your order timely.
